Containing 8 different carbide burrs for maintenance and repair de-burring of plain surfaces, all burrs in the set have al geometry, designed to maximize material removal when machining aluminum, and a bright finish to ensure clean and accurate results by preventing workpiece material from sticking to the cutting surfaces of the tool. Made from premium carbide for superior performance and to extend the tool life, the burrs have hardened and toughened steel shanks which add strength and rigidity to help reduce vibration and further improve tool life. The extra small diameters set consists of one of each of the following. 1/2 inch diameter: – sa-fm cylinder without end cut (shape a); sc-fm ball nose cylinder (shape c); sd-fm ball shape (shape d); sf-fm ball nose tree (shape f) and sl-fm ball nose cone (shape l),
plus 1/4 inch diameter shape a, shape d and shape f, all with 2 inch shanks and 2. 7/8 inch overall length.
