The p605 rotary carbide burr is a ball nosed cylinder – shape c – with skip flute geometry for efficient de-burring when used in corners with radius. The bright finish ensures a clean result by preventing workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edge of the tool. Superior performance and longer tool life at high speeds is assured, thanks to the premium carbide material used in manufacture, whilst the toughened and hardened steel shank gives extra rigidity and strength, further increasing tool life by decreasing vibration during the de-burring process. Finally, the va geometry of the p605 is designed to maximize material removal when machining stainless steels.
