Ts51hs national aerospace standard drills from precision come in a range of fractional sizes and have a hexagonal threaded shank designed for right angle drilling heads and a long length, ideal for drilling in confined areas. The steam oxide finish prevents workpiece material from sticking to the cutting surfaces of the drill so you get cleaner and more accurate holes, whilst the high speed steel used in manufacture means these drills can be used for drilling a range of materials including steels and aluminum. Ts51hs drills with a hexagonal threaded shank have a 135 degree split point which is an aid to self-centering when drilling by hand and also reduces the push force needed.
