Ts41hs national aerospace standard drills have a 135 degree split point which reduces the force needed to drill into the workpiece and helps with self-centering when drilling by hand by the maintenance and repair professional. They have hexagonal threaded shanks designed to fit right angle drilling heads and a steam oxide finish to prevent workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edges of the tool, producing accurate holes.
